- Required Skills: Excellent verbal and listening skills. Ability to work under pressure.
- Provide administrative support to the Management
- Answer high volume of incoming calls and in person queries from officials and colleagues, treat each person with respect and provide information and referrals
- Act as liaison and maintain open lines of communication among senior executives, Board members, TREC Holders, middle management and administrative staff.
- Provide support in the meetings of Board and other meetings.
